As many of you know, El was recently endorsed by the Blue Dog Coalition, a group of centrist Democrats that emphasizes fiscal responsibility and common-sense policies in government. The Blue Dogs seek to transcend partisan politics by appealing to the mainstream values of America.
To give you a better idea of what the Blue Dogs are about and why their endorsement of El is important, we've compiled a few highlights of their accomplishments.
- Rep. Brad Ellsworth (IN-8) supported the Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Tax Act, which provided tax incentives for the use and development of alternative energy, as well as energy-efficient technology.
